At Vittoria, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original box, ensuring all technical manuals and tags are included to maintain return eligibility.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
